How do I get started?

Open the app, create your family, add parents and children, choose a currency and week start day, then create chores from templates or custom entries.

What is the difference between Parent Mode and Kid Mode?

Parent Mode manages chores, approvals, payouts, bonuses, penalties, reports, and settings. Kid Mode focuses on assigned chores, balances, savings goals, and achievements.

How do approvals work?

When a child marks a chore complete, it can wait for parent approval. Once approved, the chore value is added to the child's balance.

Does Family Chore Chart Pro sync across devices with iCloud?

Yes. When you are signed in to iCloud, your family data syncs across your Apple devices that use the same Apple Account, through Apple's CloudKit in your private iCloud database. Your Apple Watch stays in sync with its paired iPhone. If you are signed out of iCloud, the app still works fully on the device and syncs the next time you sign in. There is a 7-day free trial with full access; after it ends, a subscription keeps your access active.

Does Family Chore Chart Pro work offline?

Yes. Core family data is local, so chores, approvals, balances, savings goals, and reports remain available offline.

What is included in Premium?

Premium unlocks unlimited family members, unlimited chores, advanced statistics, Apple Watch support, widgets, achievements, and other family management tools.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Family Chore Chart Pro and choose Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I forgot my parent PIN. What should I do?

The PIN protects parent controls locally. If you cannot access Parent Mode, contact support before deleting the app, because deleting the app can remove local family data from that device.

Is my family's data private?

Family Chore Chart Pro does not use developer servers, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
