The daily loop

Give every chore a clear next step.

Family Chore Chart Pro is built around the part of chores that usually breaks down: who owns the task, what counts as done, and when allowance is credited.

01

Plan the week

Choose starter templates or create your own chores with schedules, allowance values, difficulty, notes, and optional photo proof.

02

Kids check the list

Kid Mode shows today's chores, current balance, savings goals, achievements, and streaks without exposing parent controls.

03

Parents approve

Finished work can wait for parent review before money moves. Add bonuses, penalties, or payouts when the family decides.

04

Progress stays visible

Reports, widgets, local reminders, Apple Watch screens, and App Shortcuts keep the routine where your family already looks.

Built for family life

Parent tools stay powerful. Kid tools stay simple.

Use one app for the chore chart on the fridge, the allowance ledger, the weekly reset, and the quick glance from the watch.

Parent Mode with PIN Setup, approvals, payouts, reports, and premium controls stay with adults.
Kid Mode dashboard Kids see the jobs assigned to them, what each is worth, and how close they are to goals.
Photo proof when useful Ask for proof on the chores that need it, without turning every task into a negotiation.
Money habits without banking Track earned allowance and savings goals without requiring an external debit card or bank account.

Privacy promise

Family data stays local in the current build.

Family Chore Chart Pro is designed without developer accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking, or a developer-operated family-data server.

  • No tracking No ATT prompt, no IDFA, and no cross-app tracking.
  • No analytics SDKs Launch copy and privacy labels are aligned to a local-only build.

Questions

Answers for parents before launch.

Does it require a bank account?

No. It tracks allowance and goals inside the app. Any real-world payout remains a family decision outside the app.

Does family data upload to a developer server?

No. The current build stores family data locally. Widgets use local app-group data and the privacy policy states that CloudKit sync is not enabled.

Can parents approve chores first?

Yes. Chores can require approval before allowance is credited, and parents can use bonuses, penalties, and payout tracking.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

Apple manages subscription cancellation. Access continues until the end of the billing period, then premium features return to the free state.

Is it ready for App Store submission?

The app, website, privacy policy, terms, support page, and legal links are aligned. Final App Store Connect setup, IAP approval, sandbox testing, and screenshot upload are still owner-controlled tasks.

Where do I get help?

Use the support page for setup, billing, privacy, parent PIN, and bug-report guidance.
