Shankar ("we", "our", or "us") operates Family Chore Chart Pro. Family Chore Chart Pro is designed for family chore and allowance management without developer accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or developer-operated servers.
Information You Enter
Families may enter names, profile colors, chores, allowance amounts, notes, savings goals, optional profile photos, and optional chore completion photos. This information is used only to provide app functionality on your devices.
Data Storage
The current Family Chore Chart Pro release stores family data locally on your device using Apple's app storage technologies. Widgets and Apple Watch companion features can read shared app data through Apple's local app group and companion-device mechanisms.
Family Chore Chart Pro does not upload your family data to our servers. CloudKit/iCloud sync is not enabled in the current build.
Purchases
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive purchase entitlement status from StoreKit so the app can unlock premium features. We do not receive your payment card details.
Children's Privacy
Family Chore Chart Pro is intended for family use under parent or guardian supervision. Children's profiles are created and managed inside the app by the family. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through developer servers, ads, analytics, or tracking tools.
Third-Party Services
Family Chore Chart Pro uses Apple services for app distribution, StoreKit purchases, widgets, Apple Watch support, local notifications, and platform features. We do not use advertising networks, analytics providers, or third-party data brokers.
Tracking
Family Chore Chart Pro does not track users across apps or websites and does not access the advertising identifier.
Data Deletion
You can remove Family Chore Chart Pro data by deleting the app from your device or by using available reset controls in the app. Because the current release does not store family data on our servers, we do not have server-side family data to delete.
Your Choices
- You can choose whether to add names, notes, and photos.
- You can decline camera access and use the app without photo-required chores.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID App Store settings.
- You can contact us for privacy questions or support.
Security
Parent Mode is protected by a PIN. Device-level protection, backups, and purchase security are handled by Apple's platform features and your Apple ID settings. You are responsible for protecting access to your devices and Apple ID.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
